Padrons Psyche x Bint Bey Shah, Marwan Al Shaqab x Amety B and the recent Ever After NA x Psyche Amber Dream cross, are all superstar crosses that have consistently given rise to some of the breeds most beautiful and credentialed individuals. FS Dixie Rose is a beautiful, tall chestnut mare who is the result of yet another superstar cross, one that I have deemed “Russian Delight.”

When one hears the name Padrons Psyche, feelings of awe and respect are automatically felt. This living legend has changed the face of the breed and has been recognized as one of the most influential Leading Living Sires of Champions as well as broodmares worldwide. When Padrons Psyche was bred to the daughters of Bey Shah+, Bluespruce Tanzeer and GG Samir (to name a few), champions were born, new looks were created and the future was solidified.

The same happened when he was bred to his paternal half sibling HS Mostly, a phenomenal Russian mare with a pedigree second to none. Her relation to Padrons Psyche is not the only aspect that makes HS Mostly special, it is her dam line that does. She traces back to a mare by the name of Mammona and for those who know Russian blood and breeding programs, Mammona was and forever will be known as the “Queen of Tersk” for her unparalleled contribution as a broodmare.

The individuals resulting from the Padrons Psyche x HS Mostly cross are line bred to the phenomenal Russian sires – Arax and Aswan, adding extra hints of beauty, solidity, depth and athleticism. FS Dixie Rose and her siblings: US and Canadian National Champion Mare – FS Mystique Lady and Las Vegas Gold Champion as well as super sire – ML Mostly Padron, are proof of just how successful this cross has been.
